Introducing the "EXTRA LIFE" 2020 Off season Tournament!

Welcome to San Diego FTC’s “Extra Life” tournament, open for teams who did not advance to the FIRST World Championships! This tournament is being held in conjunction with the San Diego Kids Expo and the all new 8d6 Gaming Con.
(World Championship participating teams will be invited to participate in a different capacity at a later time)
Participation in the Extra Life tournament includes general admission to the San Diego Kids Expo and 8d6 48 hour Gaming Convention!
2 Days of activities April 25-26th!
The first day, April 25th, will be full of challenges and outreach opportunities for the full festival, ending with a showing of Ready Player One at night! Attendance on April 25th is optional but all registered teams are highly encouraged to attend.

2) In order to be confirmed for this event, San Diego area team payments must be received by 3/9/2020 - payment is now open!

10am OUTREACH BOOTH SET UP
12noon - 7pm Robot inspections and Challenges
7pm MOVIE SHOWING of READY PLAYER ONE!
Sunday April 26th
8am MAIN GAME "Storm the Castle" CHECK IN, Robot Inspections
4pm Award Ceremonies and Re-BUILD THE CASTLE (we will be taking all of the Yellow Blocks we can find and build the biggest castle ever!)
